Return and Exchange Policy
At Psalms Aesthetic Care (PAC), we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange policy outlined below:
1. Exchange Policy
Please note that only select products are eligible for exchange. We encourage you to review the eligibility of items prior to making a purchase. Additionally, sample trials are available for purchase to assist in your selection.

Eligibility for Exchange
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date you receive your order. Exchanges are only applicable under the following conditions:

Received a wrong item. The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The product container arrived damaged (e.g., broken container).

Procedure for Exchange:

Initiate an Exchange: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at m.gaspard@psalmsaestheticcare.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Provide Proof: For damaged items, include clear photographic evidence of the damaged container to facilitate the exchange process.

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to return the product.

Shipping the Item Back: Securely package the item, including all original packaging materials, and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

2. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending an item back for exchange.

Company Responsibility: If the exchange is due to a damaged container upon arrival and sufficient proof is provided, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product to you.
3. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Our policy strictly allows for limited exchanges only, as outlined above.
4. Recommendations to Customers

Trial Sizes: To ensure our products meet your expectations and to minimize the need for exchanges, we recommend purchasing our smaller sizes before committing to larger quantities. This approach allows you to experience the product and determine its suitability for your needs.
5. Legal Rights
