Shipping Policy for Psalms Aesthetic Care (PAC)

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Duration: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.

  • Order Verification: Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

  • Availability: We currently do not ship outside  of United States. Changes may occur at later time.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 6-24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • Limitations: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

6. Damages and Issues

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • Policy Overview: We do not offer refunds. However, limited exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged (proof of damage required).

  • Exchange Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product to you.

8. Recommendations

  • Product Sampling: To ensure satisfaction and minimize the need for exchanges, we recommend purchasing sample sizes before committing to full-sized products.
